1. Quality Management System (QMS)
Quality engineering is the cornerstone of our operations. Vishwa Powertech maintains strict Quality Management System protocols covering design, procurement, panel fabrication, site installation, and testing:
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Every manufactured PCC, MCC, and SCADA panel undergoes primary/secondary current injection testing, insulation resistance testing, and high-voltage dielectric withstand checks prior to factory dispatch.
- Approved Vendor List (AVL): We procure exclusively from Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) ALMM-listed solar module OEMs and IEC-certified electrical switchgear manufacturers.
2. Zero Harm Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy
High-voltage electrical installation and rooftop solar erection carry inherent site risks. Vishwa Powertech enforces a uncompromising **Zero Harm** safety culture across all job sites:
- Mandatory daily morning toolbox safety briefings for all site engineers and erection crews.
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance including certified arc-flash protective suits, insulated safety boots, and double-lanyard fall protection harnesses for rooftop work.
- Strict Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) isolation protocols prior to working on energized busbars or substation bays.
3. Environmental Stewardship & Carbon Avoidance
As a clean energy EPC firm, our mission centers on accelerating decarbonization across India's industrial sector. Over 150+ MW of solar PV and wind-hybrid capacity commissioned by Vishwa Powertech offsets over 180,000 metric tons of CO₂ emissions annually.
In addition, we practice responsible hazardous waste disposal, recycling copper/aluminum scrap and ensuring end-of-life solar panels are processed through authorized E-waste recycling channels.
4. Statutory Labor & CEA Regulatory Disclosures
Vishwa Powertech maintains 100% compliance with Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Safety & Supply Regulations 2010, the Indian Factories Act 1948, Contract Labor Regulations, and Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) statutory mandates.
