1. Technical Energy Generation Disclaimer
All kWh energy generation figures, solar radiation yield estimates, and financial payback timelines published on our digital platforms or in preliminary proposals are modeled based on standard test conditions (STC: 1000 W/m² irradiance, 25°C cell temperature).
Actual solar PV performance may vary based on weather seasonal fluctuations, localized dirt/soiling buildup, rooftop tilt angle, shading from adjacent structures, and DISCOM grid availability.
2. OEM Warranties & EPC Workmanship Guarantee
Vishwa Powertech delivers comprehensive multi-tier warranty coverage on all turnkey engineering commissionings:
- Solar PV Modules (Tier-1): 12-year linear product workmanship warranty + 25 to 30-year linear power performance warranty passed through directly from OEM partners (Adani Solar, Waaree, Tata Power Solar).
- Grid Inverters & BESS Storage: 5-year to 10-year standard manufacturer warranty.
- PCC / MCC Switchgear Panels: 1-year comprehensive Vishwa Powertech manufacturing defect warranty covering busbars, air circuit breakers (ACB), and numerical protection relays.
- EPC Installation Workmanship: 1-year free O&M warranty covering electrical wiring, earthing grid resistance, and structural mounting tightness.
3. Commercial Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the specialized, custom-engineered nature of industrial electrical switchgear panels and utility-scale procurement, refunds are governed by specific project milestones:
- Design & Survey Stage: Advance payments made prior to site structural survey or Single-Line Diagram (SLD) approval may be cancelled subject to a 10% administrative survey fee deduction.
- Custom Panel Manufacturing: Once raw material processing (copper busbar cutting, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating) commences in our Gujarat facility, advance token payments are non-refundable.
- Equipment Procurement: Solar modules, transformers, and EHV breakers ordered against confirmed Purchase Orders (PO) are non-refundable once dispatched from manufacturer factories.
4. Regulatory & Grid Synchronization Notice
While Vishwa Powertech handles complete statutory liaisoning with GETCO, CEIG, and local DISCOMs (PGVCL, UGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL), final charging approvals remain under the legal jurisdiction of state electrical inspectorates. External delays caused by grid capacity constraints or regulatory tariff revisions do not constitute grounds for project cancellation.
