During the course of providing turnkey solar PV design, EHV substation engineering, and switchgear manufacturing services, we collect:
- Commercial & Contact Identifiers: Name, corporate designation, business entity name, official email address, office location, and phone/WhatsApp numbers submitted via quote request forms.
- Engineering & Energy Profile Data: Monthly DISCOM utility electricity bill statements, contracted kVA demand, rooftop square footage, geographical coordinates, electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), and existing switchgear panel ratings provided for feasibility audits.
- Employment & Career Data: Professional resumes, educational credentials, and employment history submitted through our corporate career portal.
- Automated Telemetry: IP addresses, browser types, device operating systems, and page interaction metrics recorded via standard web server diagnostics.
3. Engineering & Commercial Data Processing
We process collected data exclusively for legitimate commercial, legal, and operational purposes:
- To execute 3D PVsyst solar yield simulations, shadow analysis, and financial payback calculations.
- To draft custom EPLAN switchgear schematics, busbar sizing charts, and formal commercial proposals.
- To communicate project milestones, site inspection schedules, and commissioning reports.
- To process job applications and evaluate candidates for engineering roles.
4. DISCOM & Statutory Clearances Sharing
Vishwa Powertech **never sells, rents, or monetizes commercial or personal data**. However, executing turnkey EPC projects requires sharing technical documentation with statutory state authorities:
- State DISCOMs (PGVCL, UGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL, GETCO): Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), solar inverter specifications, and grid connectivity applications for net-metering approvals.
- Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG): Substation transformer test reports, earthing grid resistance measurements, and protection relay calibration certificates for statutory charging permissions.

We employ robust technical and organizational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, restricted role-based database access, and firewalled cloud storage to safeguard your engineering files against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
