1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an industrial entity) and Vishwa Powertech. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our website and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All digital assets, technical documentation, whitepapers, 3D solar yield schematics, switchgear panel circuit designs, brand logos, code micro-services, and UI layouts displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Vishwa Powertech. Unlawful reproduction, redistribution, or scraping of our engineering literature without prior written consent is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Law.

3. Online Calculator & Engineering Estimates

The interactive Solar ROI Calculator, capacity estimation sliders, and cost projections provided on this site are designed solely for preliminary guidance:

  • Estimates are calculated using standard test conditions (STC) and regional solar irradiation averages.
  • Final plant capacity, energy yield, and financial payback are subject to formal on-site structural auditing, shading analysis, DISCOM net-metering caps, and signed EPC agreements.

4. Formal Commercial Contracts & Procurement

All formal commercial engagements for turnkey solar projects, EHV substations, or PCC/MCC switchgear manufacturing are governed strictly by individual Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), and EPC Contracts executed separately in writing between Vishwa Powertech and the client entity.

5. Statutory Clearances & DISCOM Policies

Vishwa Powertech facilitates statutory liaisoning with Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO), Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG), and local DISCOMs (PGVCL, UGVCL, DGVCL, MGVCL). However, final charging permissions and net-metering synchronization remain subject to government regulatory timelines beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

In no event shall Vishwa Powertech, its directors, or senior engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use web content or preliminary estimates.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms or web usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kachchh / Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
