Our Capabilities

Turnkey Megawatt Solar Park EPC Scope

From land acquisition (2.5 acres/MW) to 220kV pooling substations and 25-year long-term PPA execution.

Turnkey Solar Park Development

Complete land development (approx 2.5 acres per 1 MW), civil grading, piling foundations, module mounting structures, and central inverter station erection. Designed for 4 to 5 years financial payback.

25-Year State PPA & Open Access

Execution of 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with state discoms (GUVNL) or 3rd-party corporate consumers via Open Access at discounted per-kWh tariffs, securing fixed recurring revenue.

80:20 Investor Revenue Model & Debt

Structuring 80% project bank debt/loan financing and 80(investor):20(developer) revenue-sharing business models for private developers and IPPs seeking recurring long-term clean energy returns.

Single-Axis Trackers & TOPCon

Single-axis motorized solar trackers following the sun east-to-west for 18–22% higher daily energy yields, paired with N-Type TOPCon bifacial modules (ALMM & BIS approved).

33kV to 220kV Pooling Substation

In-house engineering and erection of pooling substations (PSS), power transformers, AIS/GIS outdoor switchyards, and EHV transmission lines for seamless evacuation to GETCO / PGCIL grids.

SLDC Telemetry & SCADA O&M

IEC 60870-5-104 real-time telemetry feeding SLDC grid dispatchers, paired with in-house 24/7 O&M teams for module washing, thermal imaging, and preventive maintenance.

Our Process

How a Solar Park Gets Built

From empty land to grid-synchronized megawatts — here's our proven execution sequence.

1

Land Survey & DPR

Geotechnical investigation, solar resource mapping, environmental clearance coordination, and financial model preparation for lender submission.

2

Engineering & Procurement

Detailed engineering design, module/inverter/transformer specification, BOS procurement, and vendor qualification with factory inspection.

3

Civil & Electrical Construction

Land grading, pile driving, module mounting, DC/AC cabling, inverter station erection, and pooling substation construction — all in parallel workstreams.

4

Testing & Grid Sync

Megger testing, relay calibration, SCADA commissioning, CEIG inspection, and final grid synchronization with SLDC scheduling approval.

Why Vishwa Powertech

Why Developers and IPPs Trust Us

MW-scale expertise, contractual performance guarantees, and in-house substation delivery.

Proven MW-Scale Field Execution

We've built solar parks from 5 MW to 50 MW+ across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. We know soil realities, weather windows, and grid evacuation challenges.

In-House Substation Capability

We don't subcontract the pooling substation. Our electrical engineers design and build the 33kV–220kV switchyard and transformer yard in-house for seamless synchronization.

Guaranteed Performance Ratio (PR > 81%)

We put our PR commitments in writing. If the plant doesn't achieve the contracted PR during testing, we take corrective engineering measures at our own expense.

Lender-Ready DPR & Documentation

Our DPR packages, yield simulations, and compliance certificates satisfy IREDA, PFC, REC, and commercial bank due diligence requirements smoothly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Ground-Mount Solar EPC

Roughly 40 to 50 acres for a fixed-tilt layout. If you're using single-axis trackers, you'll need about 50 to 60 acres because trackers require wider row spacing to avoid inter-row shading. The exact number depends on the module wattage and the tilt angle suited to your latitude.
Fixed tilt means the panels stay at one angle all day (typically 15°–25° depending on your location). Trackers rotate the panels from east to west following the sun, which increases daily generation by 18–22%. Trackers cost more upfront but deliver a lower Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) over 25 years — making them the preferred choice for utility-scale parks in high-irradiance regions.
Yes. That's one of our key strengths. We construct the entire pooling substation — power transformer, switchyard, protection relay panels, control room, and battery charger systems. We also handle the transmission line from the PSS to the GETCO/MSEDCL interconnection point, including tower erection, conductor stringing, and right-of-way coordination.
Quite a few — land conversion/NA permission, environmental clearance (if above 50 MW), CEIG electrical inspection approval, DISCOM connectivity agreement, SLDC open access registration, and CEA compliance. We manage all of these in parallel with construction so they don't become bottlenecks.
Typically 8 to 10 months from ground breaking to grid synchronization. This includes civil works (2 months), module mounting (2–3 months), electrical and substation work (3 months, running parallel), and testing/commissioning (1 month). Monsoon season can add 4–6 weeks depending on the region and soil conditions.
